About Your Donations

Our stores are committed to maintaining a high level of quality among the products we offer for resale and therefore regretfully cannot accept all potential donations. Each pick up request is carefully reviewed to ensure that items meet our donation criteria.

Though we cannot guarantee donation acceptance prior to in-person review, including photos of the items you wish to donate greatly increases the likelihood of donation approval.

Our drivers and ReStore associates have the right to refuse any donation that does not fit these criteria.

We would love to have your donations as long as they are in good re-sellable condition: no rips, tears, stains, mold, pet odor, and nothing broken, damaged, or missing parts.

If you are able to make your donations in person, you’re always welcome to stop by one of our Naples ReStore locations during normal business hours. Just follow the signs to our donation drop-off area when you arrive at either store and ring the bell for service. In East Naples, you’ll pull up to our loading area on the southeast side of the building. In North Naples, just drive around back.

*Please do not leave items outside of our stores during non-business hours.*
